Halo - Halo: Your Go-To Dessert for the Sweltering Afternoon Heat
When March comes in, you would often see people in the province lingering outside - talking to one another, eating, observing, waiting for something to happen, playing bingo, and eating some more. It amuses me how this cycle never breaks through the years.
Another thing that's always constant in Philippines though is the hot, "no matter how much I take a bath I'm still sticky" kind of weather.
